You've Got Questions, We've Got Answers!
What's Your History?
What are the people like?
We are composed of people of all age groups (literally less than one year to over 100 years) and we do our best to include everyone in the visioning for what the future looks like.
If you come as a new visitor, you will be welcomed and treated as if you are a part of BBC –– even if it is your very first day.
We love much, we smile a lot, we walk through tough times together, we give space for tough questions, we don’t always agree, BUT we do find ways to continue as the community that we are called to be.
Come, be yourself, and know that you are welcome here!
What do Sunday mornings look like?
Outside of the current realities, we gather for our Contemporary Worship service on Sundays at 8:45am in our Fellowship Hall, followed by a community breakfast and Sunday School. At 11:00AM, our traditional service gathers in our Sanctuary. For more on what those services look like, click here.
What do I wear? There is no dress code at BBC! You’ll find people dressed ‘up’ and ‘down.’ Come comfortable!
What about babies?
We also have a nursing infant’s room available for parents of infants to use when needed for feeding or changing their infants!
Our annual baby dedication service is a chance for the larger church and parents to enter into a covenant of walking together throughout the life of every infant born into our faith community. For more on that service, email debbie@bensonbaptist.org.
What about children?
Throughout the year, the Kid’s Ministry includes events like: game days, movie parties, Easter Egg hunts, Vacation Bible School, and more!

What about teens?
Our youth group gathers every Sunday night at 6pm in our Fellowship Hall for in-person youth group and every Wednesday at 5:15pm on Zoom for a mid-week catch-up.
Throughout the year the youth group particpates in missions events, attends youth camps, goes on retreats, and much more! For the most up-to-date information on what’s happening with the youth group, click here.
Ages in the youth group: 6th-12th grade (5th graders move up the summer between 5th and 6th grade year).
